Summer Health Protocols and Guidelines
At CenterStage Stars, the health and safety of our students, staff, and families are of the utmost importance. Please be aware that we have put specific safety procedures in place. You agree to follow all safety procedures outlined below by registering for any of our 2024 programs. Illness: if your child is presenting symptoms, please stay home. The staff reserves the right to send any child home from a class session if they are experiencing ANY symptoms or appear unwell. We are following the recommendations of healthcare professionals to ensure that our program remains safe for your stars. The children's health and safety is always our number one priority. Let's continue to work together to keep our community safe.
All staff members are fully vaccinated.
There is a deep clean of all common building areas each day. Our facility is regularly disinfected with Medical-grade, EPA-registered cleaners. The staff also frequently sanitize commonly touched surfaces and areas throughout the day.

By signing up for and attending any in-person sessions, I release CenterStage Stars LLC from any liability for any reason whatsoever of any health-related issue that may arise as a result of attending the classes. I understand that movement/dance and acting/voice instruction requires physical exertion. I acknowledge that injury may result during instruction. I acknowledge that my child is medically and physically able to participate in class. I, my spouse, and legal representatives assume all ordinary risks when my child is involved in CenterStage Stars and expressly release Samantha Jeffreys, CenterStage Stars, LLC, or its employees and the physical facility from all liability.
I agree to allow my child to be photographed and/or videotaped for use by CenterStage Stars, LLC.
